Best Of Both (Experience Scotland) - 6 Night Package

This package will allow us to show you the real Scotland in a best of both Scottish golf tour. Scotland is renowned for its golf however it has much more to offer. This package is ideal if you would like to combine golfing with fishing, whisky tasting, Castle Tours and much more. The itinerary for this package has also been customised to the non-golfer.

This Package includes Executive Chauffeur driven Transport

Day 1

Arrive in Scotland and meet your Scotia Golfing representative. They will introduce you to your driver and assist with the loading of the chauffeur driven vehicle. Transfer to Gleneagles Hotel where you will spend your week in 5* Luxury.

Day 2

AM - Play Rosemount  - One of Scotland's hidden gems. Blairgowrie is situated in northern Perthshire and is one of Scotland's best inland courses. Hosted the 2014 Junior Ryder Cup.

PM - Enjoy a visit to one of the local Whisky distilleries and enjoy a wee dram!

Non Golfer:

  Enjoy a tour around Blair Atholl Castle followed by some shopping at the House of Bruar in the morning before joining up with the golfers for a visit to a Local Whisky Distillery.

 

Day 3

Am - Play 'The Beast' ! Carnoustie has been an Open championship venue most recently in 2007 however will be notoriously remembered for Jean Van de Velde and the 'Barry Burn' in the 1999 Open Championship. Playing host to the Open again in 2018, Carnoustie offers one of the sternest tests in Golf and is a great addition to any Scotland golf tour.

PM - Enjoy a guided tour through St Andrews and learn about the historic town where Golf as we know it was developed.

Non Golfer:

 Visit the scenic Glamis Castle in the morning before meeting up with the golfers for a guided tour through St Andrews in the afternoon.

Day 4

Fly Fishing for Trout - With some of the world's best trout fishing and some of the most scenic backdrops, Scotland does have more to offer than just golf. Experience a day with a fully qualified fly fishing instructor who will help you make a catch to remember.

Non Golfer:

Enjoy a guided tour of Scone Palace followed by a trip to the historic Loch Leven Castle.

Day 5

PGA - Host to the 2014 Ryder Cup. Jack Nicklaus describes the landscape as the ‘finest parcel of land in the world I have ever been given to work with’. An American designed course carved into a Traditional Scottish moorland provides the golfer with picturesque views throughout.

Non Golfer:

 Visit the spectacular Edinburgh Castle in the morning followed by an afternoon of sightseeing and shopping throughout the city.

Day 6

Am - Enjoy a morning with a fully qualified Blue Badge Tour Guide visiting some of the most historic Castle's and Monuments that Scotland has to offer.

PM - Kings Course - Play the final round of your Scotland golf tour on the best inland course in Scotland.

Non Golfer :

Join the golfers and enjoy a morning guided tour around Stirling Castle. In the afternoon relax and enjoy the exquisite 5* Spa at Gleneagles Hotel.
